We offer a wide variety of services beyond those listed below. We do not do concrete, tile, electrical, or plumbing. However, we work closely with some of the best in the field! We often take on jobs that require concrete, tile, electrical, & plumbing, and we sub the things out to the experts in those fields. For example, if we do a bathroom remodel for you, we would call our best plumber to handle the plumbing required, while we took care the rest. OUR SERVICES
Door & Window Installation
We install interior & doors and windows, all shapes and sizes on any level of the house. We do a lot of barn doors as well.
Decks/Porches
We get more calls for decks than any other service we provide. We can customize anything you'd like, from small porches to massive decks, screened-in, partially screened in, pool decks, whatever you had in mind. You can choose your own material, from treated wood to composite decking, and also customize your railing systems with aluminum balusters, vinyl, etc. We can add on custom pergolas, ramps, or custom stairs as well.
Interior Trim
We love to do trim work! We can do custom crown moulding, chair railing, baseboards, corbels, casing of any kind. We also do ceiling work, such as bead board and coffered/tray ceiling.
Custom Shelving & Cabinetry
We do custom shelving of anything as simple as a spice rack for the kitchen, to pantry/closet shelving, to big libraries. We get a lot of calls for built in shelving for home entertainment rooms. We can also add shiplap to any room.
Flooring
We specialize in hardwood and laminate flooring.
WHO WE ARE
My name is Kenny Schrader, and I'm the owner/president of our company. My wife is Katie, and she is our vice president, who also handles all of the scheduling, invoices, contracts, & receipts. We have always wanted to work with each other, and our dreams have come true. We have a son named Ken, a daughter named Kelsi, and a little man on the way. We enjoy church activities and spending time as a family.
On the job, you will find myself, my father (who taught me the trade of carpentry, Kenneth the second!) and also my brother Jacob. We are a small but time efficient crew, who work very well together, and each of us take pride in quality craftsmanship. We are insured with general liability and workers compensation, and are incorporated as a sub S corporation in the state of North Carolina.
